Beginners Course

When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Join our fun and supportive Beginners Course to start your transformation the right way.

CrossFit

CrossFit classes are 60mins in duration and combine a strength / skill component followed up with the workout of the day (WOD). These sessions are all guided by an experienced coach.

Personal Training

This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

Weightlifting

Train like an Olympian.. Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weight-lifting technique for faster results. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you go from ‘so-so’ to ‘super strong’ when you stick with these sessions.

CrossFit Parents

Don’t use a lack of time as an excuse to skip your workout! Our Oxygen sessions are focused on metabolic conditioning, cardio and body movements to keep your heart pumping. Get in, sweat and get out, in just 30 minutes.

CrossFit Teens

Ideal for future legends aged 12-17 years. Teen classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs. These classes are a lot more fun than school!
