What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I feel very privileged to spend time in this incredible community , everyone is truly amazing and inspiring. Being there to help them and see them achieve their goals is extremely rewarding.
What’s your favorite CrossFit Movement?
What do you do to relax away from the gym?
Wear something that isn’t lycra, I am partial to the odd sneaky nap on the couch. I love to travel, sit in the sun, go diving and spend time with my friends who keep me sane ( or encourage my insanity… its a fine line)
What’s your advice for somebody getting started with CrossFit?
Do it.( said without any endorsement from Nike) In all seriousness, embrace the daily challenges, you’ll be amazed at what you’re capable of. Don’t feel self conscious. Ask questions. Set yourself goals. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
